Meet Our Team
Co-Founder
Tosin Adewusi (MPA) is a senior policy and research analyst with expertise in designing innovative social policy, advocacy strategy, and economic development ideas for marginalized groups. Her background spans provincial government, non-profit organizations, and professional regulatory bodies.
She holds a Master of Science in Public Administration and Policy from the University of Regina. She brings a nuanced understanding of intersectionality to inform strategic policy solutions to enhance representation, economic empowerment, and inclusive growth for Indigenous, Black, and People of Color (IBPOC) communities and other marginalized populations.
Co-Founder
Modupe Adeniyi (PhD) is a seasoned business consultant and educator with deep expertise in business proposal development and policy writing. She empowers businesses—especially small and medium-sized enterprises—to craft compelling proposals and develop strategic policies that drive growth and ensure regulatory compliance.
Modupe also serves as a business instructor, where she shares her knowledge and passion for strategic thinking and entrepreneurship. With a PhD in Business, she brings academic rigour and real-world insight to every project she undertakes.

Damilola Fadeyi (MPA) is a Senior Policy Analyst with over five years of experience in the provincial government, specializing in evidence-based policy development, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.
Her work focuses on advancing legislative and organizational priorities through data-driven analysis, inclusive consultation, and cross-sector collaboration. She brings a strong track record in leading policy initiatives, quality assurance in post-secondary education, and promoting equity through leadership roles such as co-chairing a Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
